The posting

Voor onze klant zoeken we een uitvoerder voor de Oosterweelverbinding, het grootste infrastructuurproject van Vlaanderen. Je stuurt dagelijks de werken aan in een omgeving waar fasering, werken onder verkeer, veiligheid en coördinatie tussen tientallen partijen het verschil maken. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt dat de uitvoering volgens plan, veilig en kwaliteitsvol verloopt.

Het project De Oosterweelverbinding sluit de Antwerpse Ring via de Kanaaltunnels. Het Viaduct van Merksem wordt afgebroken en vervangen door een verdiepte Ring, met ruimte voor een groene zone erboven. Tunnelbouw, bouwputten, sloop- en herbouwfases en een strakke faseringsplanning, telkens met de verkeersdoorstroming en de omgeving als randvoorwaarde. Opdrachtgever is Lantis. Het team werkt vanuit vier duidelijke waarden: respect (met veiligheid als basis), oplossingsgerichtheid, samenwerking als één team, en de ambitie om de lat hoog te leggen op een project van wereldformaat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt de eigen ploegen aan en volgt de werken van onderaannemers op
  • Je werkt mee aan de werkvoorbereiding, met de nadruk op de technische uitwerking, en coördineert de werf op basis van de werk- en uitvoeringsplannen
  • Je stelt dag- en weekplanningen op, bewaakt het rendement, zoekt optimalisaties en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en milieuprocedures en controleert de geleverde kwaliteit.
  • Je controleert de facturatievoorstellen van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de hoofdwerfleider of projectleider

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor bouwkunde met 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in de bouw, bij voorkeur in de civiele sector.
  • Sterk praktisch en technisch inzicht, zonder de administratieve opvolging uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om ploegen en onderaannemers helder aan te sturen.
  • Basiskennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels (belangrijk op een werf met internationale partners).
  • In het bezit van een VOL-VCA.
  • Oplossingsgericht: als er iets misloopt, zoek je de oplossing in plaats van de schuldige.
