Voor een aannemer die zich bezig houdt met het aanleggen en onderhouden van openbare verlichting zijn wij op zoek naar een Uitvoerder. Wat ga je doen? Als uitvoerder ben je operationeel leidinggevende over de groep Uitvoering OV. Hierin coördineer je diverse uitvoeringswerkzaamheden in jouw regio. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de directe en efficiënte aansturing van uitvoerders, technisch specialisten, monteurs en onderaannemers. Je houdt je bezig met de uitvoering en oplevering van projecten en beheert gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste oplevering binnen de toegekende tijd en kwaliteitseisen en de juiste financiële verantwoording inclusief meer- en minderwerk. Je zorgt dat de afspraken vanuit beheersovereenkomsten en projectcontracten worden nagekomen. Je rapporteert mondeling en schriftelijk naar klanten. Tot slot bewaak je het resultaat van de toegewezen projecten en de beheersovereenkomsten. Dit houdt in dat je zorg draagt dat alle uitvoerende werkzaamheden binnen de afgesproken tijd, conform overeengekomen kwaliteitseisen en binnen budget worden afgerond. Je verricht de nodige technische en administratieve handelingen in samenwerking met de afdelingen administratie, accountmanagement en werkvoorbereiding. Je zorgt voor de handhaving van voorschriften en regels.
