Als kostendeskundige binnen ALUVO Geveltechniek hou jij je bezig met het uitrekenen van binnenkomende aanvragen om uiteindelijk tot een passende offerte te komen. Hoe ziet dit er dan uit? Nadat de Accountmanager en Tendermanager bepaald hebben om te gaan rekenen, zal jij de berekening gaan maken waarbij jij jouw kennis kan vertalen in een offerte. Hierbij is jouw uitdaging om gebruik te maken van slimme mogelijkheden, het analyseren van afwijkingen en proactief mee te denken in oplossingen waardoor de klant de beste offerte verkrijgt en ALUVO deze kan gaan realiseren. Dit doe je uiteraard niet alleen, er is altijd wel een collega om je heen die een passende ervaring heeft waar je terecht kunt met vragen maar die ook met je mee wil kijken. Hierdoor wordt altijd het vierogen principe toegepast. Welke bouwstenen verwachten wij van jou? - Jij hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de Gevelbouw. - Jij hebt voldoende kennis en inzicht voor het uitbrengen van de offertes en maken van de calculaties. - Jij beschikt over technische kennis over aluminium en bekend met de verschillende aluminium gevelsystemen. - Jij weet hoe je bouwtechnische tekeningen moet uitlezen. - Jij hebt ruimtelijk, commercieel en markttechnisch inzicht. - Jij bent in staat om met verschillende collega's te blijven schakelen. - Jij durft out of the box te denken en komt met eigen creatieve ideeën. - Jij hebt voorkeur een technische opleiding: bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, technische bedrijfskunde of werktuigbouw met feeling voor sales.
