Als Uitvoerder Renovatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een deskundig team dat zich inzet voor groot onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het project, van de start tot de oplevering aan de opdrachtgever. Dagelijks ben je aanwezig op de projectlocatie(s), stuur je de uitvoering aan en werk je actief samen met onze ketenpartners. Jouw bouwtechnische expertise en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor het succes van het project en een goede samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de voortgang administratief goed wordt vastgelegd. Een greep uit jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden als uitvoerder: - Operationeel leidinggeven, coachen en ondersteunen van vaklieden op één of meerdere renovatieprojecten - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewonersbegeleiders, bewoners, opzichters, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Uitvoeren van controlerondes samen met de opzichter en bespreken van de voortgang van het project - Bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen en organiseren van dag- en weekstarts voor de projectteams op locatie - Inschatten van risico's en kansen en benoemen van beheersmaatregelen in overleg met de projectleiding - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en indienen van verbetervoorstellen voor een efficiëntere en effectievere organisatie - Bijdragen aan project- en procesevaluaties Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Mbo4+ niveau - Kennis van renovatie- en bouwtechnieken - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Uitvoerder of Teamleider - Affiniteit met de financiële kant van projecten Functieoverzicht .
