Als Uitvoerder Renovatie ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat het project volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en je eigen team van uitvoerders, voorlieden en onderaannemers. Renovatieprojecten vragen om een andere aanpak dan nieuwbouw: je werkt vaak in bewoonde situaties, moet creatief omgaan met onverwachte situaties en hebt oog voor de impact op de omgeving. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Voorbereiden en plannen van renovatie- en transformatieprojecten in woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw; - Aansturen van uitvoerende ploegen, onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere stakeholders; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen, en hier proactief op acteren; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Administratieve afhandeling zoals rapportages, voortgangsbewaking en nazorg; - Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkprocessen en duurzaamheid.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Met jouw ervaring kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Uitvoerder, Projectleider of zelfs Manager Uitvoering. Het bedrijf stimuleert interne doorstroom en biedt concrete opleidingstrajecten om je verder te ontwikkelen. Denk aan cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement, duurzaam bouwen of leiderschapsontwikkeling.
