Als Uitvoerder Renovatie ben je de spil tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat renovatieprojecten volgens planning, binnen budget en conform kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en onderaannemers om elk project tot een succes te maken. Jouw expertise in renovatiewerk komt optimaal tot zijn recht bij het oplossen van onvoorziene situaties die kenmerkend zijn voor renovatieprojecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere stakeholders en weet hen met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden gerust te stellen en te informeren. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Aansturen en coördineren van het uitvoeringsteam en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het renovatieproces; - Oplossen van technische problemen en het nemen van beslissingen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere belanghebbenden; - Controleren en bijsturen van de werkzaamheden conform tekeningen, bestekken en kwaliteitseisen; - Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling zoals dagrapportages en meer- en minderwerk; - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
