Wat ga je doen:Over deze legendarische job... Als uitvoerder voor de afdeling RGS (Resultaatgerichte samenwerking), ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften verloopt. Daarbij werk je aan verschillende onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten zoals dakrenovaties, isolatiewerkzaamheden en het aanleggen van vloeren. Deze projecten worden uitgevoerd in opdracht van onder andere woningcorporaties, vastgoedinvesteerders en VvE’s. Je weet als geen ander hoe je collega’s motiveert en houdt altijd het overzicht, ook als de druk toeneemt. Jouw betrokkenheid zorgt ervoor dat elke bewoner, opdrachtgever én collega tevreden terugkijkt op het project.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

- Het werken in een vast projectteam, bestaande uit een bewonersbegeleider, een werkvoorbereider/projectleider en jijzelf;

- Het leiden, coördineren en controleren van de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats;

- Het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget;

- Het aansturen van vaklieden en onderaannemers;

- Het bewaken van de voortgang en het rapporteren aan het projectteam;

- Het werken in bewoonde situaties, waarbij je het leuk vindt om contact te hebben met bewoners;

- Het meedenken in oplossingen bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.
