Hierdoor ligt de focus onze bouw steeds meer op het planmatig verduurzamen van woningen en appartementen. Als uitvoerder fungeer jij als 'spin in het web' en zorg je ervoor dat deze renovatieprojecten in goede banen geleid worden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Projectmanagement : Het leiden en coördineren van renovatieprojecten, vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve uitvoering. - Planning : Het opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning, waarbij je deadlines nauwlettend in de gaten houdt en eventuele knelpunten tijdig signaleert en oplost. - Aansturen: Het aansturen van de bouwplaatsmedewerkers, waarbij je hen motiveert en inspireert om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. - Kwaliteitsborging : Toezien op de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, volgens de geldende normen en specificaties. - Budgetbeheer : Bewaken van het budget en de kosten van het renovatieproject, en het nemen van proactieve maatregelen om binnen het gestelde budget te blijven. - Samenwerking : Effectief communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en het projectteam. - Veiligheid : Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving, waarbij je toeziet op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en -procedures.
