Als Uitvoerder Renovatie & Onderhoud ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt aan diverse renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten, variërend van woningen tot utiliteitsbouw en soms zelfs monumentale panden. Je hebt dagelijks contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en je eigen team, en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van projecten en schakelt soepel tussen verschillende disciplines. Omdat elk project zijn eigen uitdagingen kent, moet je flexibel kunnen inspelen op onvoorziene situaties. Het bedrijf biedt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement, veiligheid of duurzaam bouwen. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als hoofduitvoerder of projectleider, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het project; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende richtlijnen; - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en rapporteren over de voortgang; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en onvoorziene situaties; - Inkopen van materialen en materieel in overleg met de projectleider.
