Als ervaren Uitvoerder Renovatie & Onderhoud ben jij een cruciale spil in verschillende renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten. Jij leidt het uitvoeringsproces en jouw bouwexpertise is van onschatbare waarde. Je reageert snel en doeltreffend op onvoorziene omstandigheden, zowel technisch als organisatorisch. Hierdoor zorg je ervoor dat projecten binnen tijd en budget worden afgerond. Met je oog voor detail en je focus op kwaliteit houd je het vastgoed van onze opdrachtgever in optimale staat. Op de bouwplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse management. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van het team efficiënt en waarborgt de veiligheid. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers en partners, onderhandelt scherp en zoekt naar optimalisatiemogelijkheden. Actieve kennisdeling binnen het projectteam is ook een belangrijk aspect van je rol. Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering en streeft naar de realisatie van hoogwaardige, betaalbare woningen waar bewoners tevreden mee zijn. "Met Evoke heb ik goed kunnen sparren over wat ik wilde.
