Jouw contactpersoon Niels Ambtman, Adviseur Bouw Uitvoerder Renovatie & Onderhoud - Den Haag - 3500 - 5000 euro Functieomschrijving . - Het zorgdragen voor een efficiënte en effectieve organisatie, werkverdeling, inrichting en personeelsbezetting op de werkplek; - Bijhouden van de planning/voortgang van de werken; - Coördineren van de werkzaamheden; - Aansturen van onderaannemers en/of leveranciers; - Beoordelen van het functioneren van onderaannemers en leveranciers op de bouwplaats en het zonodig nemen van corrigerende maatregelen voor het behalen van de verlangde kwaliteit; - Signaleren en uitvoeren van meer- en minderwerk op de werken; - Realiseren van de werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde normen voor kwaliteit, budget, hoeveelheden, tijd; - Bijwonen van het klantteamoverleg; - Bewaken/administreren van de gewerkte uren van eigen- en ingehuurd personeel; - Zorgen voor archivering van documenten; - Maandelijks houden van toolboxmeetings en werkplekinspecties; - Aandragen van benodigde gegevens ten behoeve van de financiële bewaking; - Meedenken over oplossingen in de uitvoeringsfase; - Heeft intensief contact met de werkvoorbereiders/opdrachtgevers en klantteammedewerkers.
