Als senior uitvoerder renovatie ben jij de spil op het project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van complexe renovatie- en transformatieprojecten, van de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit wordt opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het leiden en aansturen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats, inclusief het coördineren van onderaannemers en eigen medewerkers; - Het bewaken van de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van het project; - Het signaleren van risico's en het proactief oplossen van problemen voordat ze escaleren; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en andere betrokken partijen; - Het waarborgen van veiligheid op de bouwplaats en het naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Het bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten en het delen van jouw kennis en ervaring met collega's.
