Als Uitvoerder in de sector Aannemers geef jij leiding aan renovatie- en transformatieprojecten die zichtbaar impact maken op de omgeving. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid samenkomen op de bouwplaats. - Je stuurt de dagelijkse uitvoering aan en bewaakt voortgang, planning en kosten. - Je coördineert onderaannemers, leveranciers en het interne team op een heldere manier. - Je signaleert knelpunten vroeg en lost ze doelgericht op, zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. - Je bewaakt veiligheid en zorgt dat afspraken zorgvuldig worden nageleefd. - Je stemt af met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere betrokkenen om het werk soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent iemand die beslissingen durft te nemen, anderen meeneemt in de uitvoering en met overtuiging werkt aan een strak georganiseerd project. Met jouw inzet staat er een team dat samen bouwt aan een resultaat waar je trots op kunt zijn. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in de bouw en voel je je thuis in renovatie, transformatie of vergelijkbare uitvoeringstrajecten. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt de lijnen kort en weet hoe je mensen en middelen effectief inzet. Herken jij jezelf hierin? - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare rol in de bouw. - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting bouwkunde. - Ervaring met plannen, organiseren en het bewaken van uitvoering en kwaliteit. - Vaardig in samenwerken met verschillende partijen en het aansturen van een bouwteam. - Je bent besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en communiceert duidelijk en profess...
