Het gaat om complexe, grootschalige panden die gefaseerd worden aangepakt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan hoge betonkolommen van zes meter, afgewerkt met natuursteen, waartussen brandwerende puien worden geplaatst. De rol is voornamelijk coördinerend en organiserend van aard, waardoor de technische inhoud goed beheersbaar is. De grootste uitdaging zit in de werkomgeving: het gebouw blijft tijdens de werkzaamheden gewoon in gebruik. Daarom is het belangrijk dat de overlast voor gebruikers tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Juist die combinatie van techniek, planning en stakeholdermanagement maakt dit project uitdagend en dynamisch. Een omgeving waarin jij goed tot je recht komt.
