Je combineert plannen, organiseren en resultaatgericht werken met heldere afstemming op de bouwplaats. - Je organiseert de dagelijkse uitvoering en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Je stuurt voormannen, vaklieden en onderaannemers aan en houdt de lijnen kort. - Je stemt af met bewoners, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en opdrachtgevers. - Je signaleert knelpunten vroeg en schakelt snel met praktische oplossingen. - Je begeleidt de oplevering en zorgt dat het werk netjes en volgens afspraak wordt afgerond. Je werkt vanuit Zwolle aan uiteenlopende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in bestaand vastgoed. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen, terwijl je altijd kunt sparren met collega's die het werk net zo serieus nemen als jij. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie neem je ervaring mee in de uitvoering binnen renovatie, onderhoud of verduurzaming. Je weet hoe je teams aanstuurt, het overzicht bewaakt en soepel samenwerkt met verschillende partijen. Je houdt van duidelijkheid, werkt gestructureerd en denkt in oplossingen die in de praktijk werken. - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare rol. - Kennis van renovatie-, onderhouds- en/of verduurzamingsprojecten. - Je communiceert helder met bewoners, collega's en externe partijen. - Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en houdt grip op planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
