Functie Als Uitvoerder Service & Onderhoud ben jij dé spil in het uitvoeren van onderhouds-, renovatie- en serviceprojecten binnen de regio Breda. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering, aansturing van vaklieden en het bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Een gemiddelde werkdag is nooit hetzelfde. De ene dag start je met een teamoverleg op locatie, waarna je direct de voortgang van een verduurzamingsproject controleert. Je schakelt met onderaannemers, lost knelpunten proactief op en houdt altijd contact met de betrokken partijen.
