Uitvoerder Utiliteit Bij Klein Poelhuis Projecten zoeken we een Uitvoerder die weet wat er op de bouwplaats nodig is om een utiliteitsproject goed te laten verlopen. Jij staat dicht bij het werk, houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat monteurs weten wat er moet gebeuren. Met jouw technische kennis en praktische instelling zorg je voor structuur, kwaliteit en een prettige samenwerking op de werkvloer. Daar waar nodig neem je ook de meewerkende rol op je. Wat ga je doen? Als Uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, houdt overzicht over de planning en zorgt ervoor dat het installatiewerk volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider, monteurs en andere betrokken partijen. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vanaf de zijlijn aanstuurt. Je kent het vak, denkt vooruit en springt zelf bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden, stemt werkzaamheden goed op elkaar af en zorgt dat iedereen veilig en efficiënt kan werken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats; - Coördineren en bewaken van de voortgang van elektrotechnische en/of werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden; - Vertalen van de planning naar een praktische werkverdeling op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte uitvoering van de installaties; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met de projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere disciplines; - Signaleren en oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten; - Controleren van materiaal, gereedschappen en benodigde voorzieningen; - Contact onderhouden met de opdrachtgever en andere partijen op de bouwplaats; - Zelf meewerken aan de uitvoe...
