Als Uitvoerder Utiliteitsbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van middelgrote tot grote utiliteitsprojecten. Je bent het gezicht van het project op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, binnen budget en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je stuurt een team van vakmensen aan, onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers, en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse voortgang van het project. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en bent de schakel tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Met jouw ervaring weet je technische uitdagingen om te zetten in praktische oplossingen. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele bouwproces, van de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. Taken: - Dagelijkse leiding geven aan het uitvoeringsteam op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden van onderaannemers; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en veiligheidsrondes; - Overleggen met projectleiding, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen; - Administratie van projectvoortgang, meer- en minderwerk; - Aansturen en coachen van (leerling) timmerlieden en bouwplaatsmedewerkers; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken die tijdens de uitvoering naar voren komen; - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen.
