Vacaturebeschrijving Ben jij een ervaren uitvoerder binnen de installatietechniek en weet jij als geen ander hoe je monteurs, planning en kwaliteit samenbrengt? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Uitvoerder W-installaties ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten binnen de utiliteit, woningbouw en/of renovatie. Je stuurt monteurs en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat werktuigkundige installaties volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen van monteurs, hoofdmonteurs en onderaannemers; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget; - Toezien op veiligheid en naleving van voorschriften; - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk; - Overleggen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en opdrachtgevers; - Verzorgen van materiaal- en personeelsplanning; - Oplossen van technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.
