Voor een technisch dienstverlener in Oosterhout zoeken we een Uitvoerder Werktuigbouwkunde. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de uitvoering van complexe projecten en bent de schakel tussen projectmanagement, monteurs en externe partijen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen jouw projecten. Samen met de projectleider en montageleider maak je de planning en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en begeleiden van eigen monteurs, inleners, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning. - Zorgen voor de juiste productiemiddelen op de bouwplaats. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiële voortgang. - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk. - Afstemmen en onderhandelen met bouwpartners en andere betrokken partijen. - Motiveren en coachen van je team. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent proactief, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig. Je weet teams te motiveren en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat. Verder heb je: - Een technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-4-niveau. - 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring met middelgrote tot grote, technisch complexe projecten. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie. - Digitale vaardigheden, waaronder ervaring met Microsoft 365. - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; Engels is een pré. - Ervaring met BIM is welkom.
