Jij zorgt dat plannen veranderen in goed georganiseerd werk buiten. • Dagelijkse uitvoering leiden: je organiseert de werkzaamheden en houdt het team scherp op wat er die dag moet gebeuren. • Mensen aansturen: je begeleidt eigen vakmensen en onderaannemers en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten. • Planning bewaken: je kijkt vooruit en voorkomt dat materiaal, materieel of capaciteit het project stillegt. • Kwaliteit controleren: je bewaakt of werkzaamheden technisch correct en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. • Veiligheid organiseren: je zorgt dat werkzaamheden op en rondom het water verantwoord verlopen. • Opdrachtgever meenemen: je bespreekt voortgang, wijzigingen en praktische aandachtspunten rechtstreeks met de klant. • Projectgegevens vastleggen: hoeveelheden, afwijkingen, schades en meer- en minderwerk houd je netjes bij. • Oplossingen bedenken: loopt iets buiten anders dan verwacht, dan zoek je samen met het team naar een praktische aanpak.

Functie-eisen: Je bent graag buiten te vinden en voelt je prettig in een rol waarin collega's naar jou kijken wanneer er een beslissing genomen moet worden. Je hoeft niet alles alleen te doen, maar neemt wel verantwoordelijkheid voor het verloop van jouw project. • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau: een achtergrond in Civiele Techniek, GWW of Waterbouw sluit goed aan. • Ervaring in de uitvoering: je hebt al meters gemaakt binnen waterbouw, infra of civiele projecten. • Leidinggevende kwaliteiten: je kunt mensen duidelijk aansturen zonder de samenwerking uit het oog te verliezen. • Technisch inzicht: je begrijpt hoe civiele werkzaamheden buiten worden opgebouwd en uitgevoerd. • Veiligheidsbewust: veilig werken staat bij iedere uitvoeringskeuze voorop. • Communicatief sterk: je kunt makkelijk schakelen tussen vakmensen, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. • Rijbewijs B: je bent zelfstandig mobiel tussen verschillende projectlocaties.
