Bij BAM Gebouwservice werk je samen met je collega's aan essentiële projecten, maar in deze rol ligt jouw focus op de verduurzaming van de E-pier. Hier werk je mee aan het vervangen van gasgestookte HVAC-installaties en draag je direct bij aan de ambitie om Schiphol richting 2030 aardgasvrij te maken. In de dynamiek van een internationale luchthaven lever jij dagelijks impact op een technisch uitdagend en zichtbaar project. Als Uitvoerder Werktuigbouwkunde bij BAM Bouw en Techniek - Schiphol Services zorg jij ervoor dat projecten binnen onderhoud en beheer efficiënt en effectief verlopen, met een specifieke focus op de E-pier. Je leidt projecten op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde en bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het welzijn op de werkvloer. Je houdt de projectadministratie bij, signaleert meer- en minderwerk en stuurt bij op de financiële ontwikkeling van het project. Je zorgt voor de aanwezigheid van de juiste productiemiddelen, controleert op kwaliteit en houdt revisies bij tijdens de realisatie. Daarnaast bouw en onderhoud je een breed netwerk van interne en externe contacten en draag je het beleid rondom veiligheid en gezondheid actief uit. Jouw team Je werkt bij BAM Bouw en Techniek - Schiphol Services, waar we met meer dan 200 collega's verspreid over twee locaties cruciale zones beheren en onderhouden, zoals Terminal 3, Schiphol Plaza, brandweerposten en parkeergebouwen.
