Brisk Techniek Uitvoerder / Werkverantwoordelijke Klantaansluitingen Poeldijk Westland Infra is de regionale netbeheerder voor gas en elektriciteit in Westland en Midden-Delfland, onderdeel van netwerkbedrijf Juva. Monteurs werken elektro- of gastechnisch aan onderhoud, storingen en steeds meer warmtenetten. Met ruim 200 collega's heerst een informele, no-nonsense cultuur met korte lijnen en volop doorgroeiruimte, ook vanuit leerling-monteur. Functieomschrijving Jouw functie bij ons Als uitvoerder / werkverantwoordelijke zorg jij dat het werk buiten soepel, veilig en volgens afspraak verloopt. Je bent degene die overzicht houdt, knopen doorhakt en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen weet wat zij moeten doen. Je werkt aan klantprojecten voor klein- en grootverbruikaansluitingen op het laagspannings- en middenspanningsnet. Denk hierbij aan woonwijken in aanbouw, nieuwe aansluitingen of verzwaringen bij bestaande klanten, en werkzaamheden aan laagspanning- en middenspanningstations. Dat werk begint niet pas buiten, maar al in de voorbereiding. Jij zorgt dat werk en schakelplannen kloppen, zodat het duidelijk is wie wat doet. Wanneer het werk start, ben je regelmatig op locatie aanwezig. Je loopt rond, stuurt bij en houdt scherp zicht op veiligheid en kwaliteit. Wat dit werk kenmerkt, is dat je continu schakelt. Tussen planning en praktijk, tussen monteurs en aannemers, tussen vandaag en wat morgen nodig is. Je hebt veel contact met collega's en externe partijen en krijgt snel terugkoppeling op wat werkt en wat beter kan. Die korte lijnen zorgen ervoor dat je direct kunt bijsturen en projecten op koers houdt. Je werkt met een duidelijke planning, maar binnen die kaders krijg je de ruimte om zelf invulling te geven aan hoe je het aanpakt.
