Met een grote showroom en persoonlijke begeleiding voor, tijdens en na de bouw, komen de kopers stap-voor-stap tot hun droomhuis. Functie inhoud In de functie van zelfstandig uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technisch goede uitvoering van woningbouwprojecten conform bestek en tekeningen en de geldende voorschriften. Je bewaakt de voortgang, de kwaliteit, en de veiligheid van de woningbouwprojecten. Je stuurt uitvoerend personeel aan op de bouwplaats (zowel eigen personeel als personeel van onderaannemers). Naast de coördinerende en organisatorische taken, zoals onder andere het afroepen van materialen en materieel, heb je ook administratieve taken.
