Je bewaakt de voortgang, de kwaliteit, en de veiligheid van de woningbouwprojecten. Je stuurt uitvoerend personeel aan op de bouwplaats (zowel eigen personeel als personeel van onderaannemers). Naast de coördinerende en organisatorische taken, zoals onder andere het afroepen van materialen en materieel, heb je ook administratieve taken.
