De werken die ze doen bestaat uit nieuwbouw van grondgebonden en gestapelde woningen. Daarnaast zijn ze actief in utiliteitsbouw, renovatie en onderhoud. Ze zijn ooit begonnen met particuliere werken, inmiddels worden er projecten van 300 woningen gedaan. Ze zijn regionaal werkzaam binnen een straal van 100 km. Functie inhoud Als uitvoerder geef je leiding aan alle bouwplaatsmedewerkers en ben je aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever en onderaannemers. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan op basis van een planning en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en kwaliteit. Je maakt deel uit van het uitvoeringsteam, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding. Je wordt ingezet op één of meerdere woningbouwprojecten.
