Als Uitvoerder Woningbouw bij Heijmans Woningbouw BV Oost in Amersfoort ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de dagelijkse uitvoering van uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten. Van complete stadswijken en seriematige woningbouw tot hoogwaardige appartementencomplexen: jij zorgt dat het werk veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Afhankelijk van het project ligt jouw verantwoordelijkheid bijvoorbeeld bij de ruwbouw, gevels, daken of afbouw. Je stuurt vaklieden, onderaannemers en collega's aan en werkt nauw samen met de andere uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiding. Jij houdt het overzicht, neemt beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is en grijpt in voordat kleine uitdagingen grote problemen worden. Dit ga je doen: - Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op de bouwplaats. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan vaklieden, onderaannemers en collega's. - Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsafspraken worden uitgevoerd. - Je signaleert knelpunten en afwijkingen en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. - Je bewaakt meer- en minderwerk en zorgt voor een correcte registratie en afhandeling. - Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en draagt bij aan een goede start binnen het team. - Je voert startgesprekken en zorgt voor duidelijke werkafspraken op de bouwplaats. - Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere betrokken disciplines.
