Als uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles loopt zoals het moet lopen: van planning en materiaal tot de aansturing van je team en onderaannemers. Je houdt overzicht, anticipeert op uitdagingen en zorgt dat projecten volgens planning en binnen budget worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, opdrachtgevers en bewoners, en je bent het gezicht van het bedrijf op de bouwplaats. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en innovaties. Dit bedrijf waardeert medewerkers die out-of-the-box durven te denken en met oplossingen komen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen en coördineren van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en onderaannemers; - Bestellen en controleren van materialen en gereedschap; - Oplossen van problemen en anticiperen op uitdagingen; - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan de projectleider; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en innovaties.
