Functieomschrijving Als Uitvoerder ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten in de woningbouw, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's, en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding van projecten en denk je mee over werkplanningen, materiaalinkoop en veiligheid op de bouwplaats.
