Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector en werkt aan uiteenlopende woningbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Binnen het renovatieteam ligt de focus onder andere op het verduurzamen en toekomstbestendig maken van appartementencomplexen en complete woonwijken. Je werkt in een professionele en resultaatgerichte omgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. De projecten vinden voornamelijk plaats in de Randstad en worden regelmatig uitgevoerd in bewoonde staat. Hierdoor zijn niet alleen bouwkundige kennis en organisatietalent belangrijk, maar ook goede communicatieve vaardigheden en aandacht voor bewoners.
