Als Senior Uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op de bouwplaats bij zowel nieuwbouwprojecten als renovatiewerkzaamheden. Je fungeert als de spil tussen het projectmanagement, de werkvoorbereiding, onderaannemers en het uitvoerende bouwteam. Met jouw ruime ervaring weet je precies hoe je bouwprojecten binnen de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen, planning en budget tot een succesvol resultaat brengt. Je coördineert alle werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en materieel. Daarbij houd je continu de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang in de gaten. Door jouw proactieve houding signaleer je mogelijke knelpunten vroegtijdig en kom je met passende oplossingen. Je rapporteert aan de projectleider en werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Aansturen en motiveren van het uitvoeringsteam en onderaannemers - Toezien op de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats - Coördineren en controleren van leveringen en materieel - Organiseren en voorzitten van bouwvergaderingen - Tijdig signaleren van problemen en zorgen voor passende oplossingen - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de administratieve afhandeling van het project - Toezicht houden op het bouwbudget en waar nodig bijsturen
