Jouw uitdaging

Onder leiding van het divisiehoofd ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het strategische marketingplan. Je zet marketinginitiatieven om in meetbare resultaten en zorgt voor een continue stroom van kwalitatieve leads.

Daarnaast ben je een echte doener. Je organiseert met enthousiasme diverse interne en externe evenementen en zorgt ervoor dat onze realisaties, expertise en bedrijfscultuur zowel intern als extern zichtbaar zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je genereert kwalitatieve leads via verschillende online en offline marketingkanalen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert SEO-, SEA-, social advertising- en marketing automation-campagnes.
  • Je zet onze projecten, medewerkers en bedrijfscultuur sterk in de kijker.
  • Je creëert en bewerkt visuele content voor diverse communicatiekanalen.
  • Je organiseert professionele evenementen van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt nieuwe marketingtrends en AI-toepassingen op en zet deze in om efficiënter te werken.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bewaakt de voortgang van marketingprojecten en bent een belangrijke motor achter onze marketingwerking.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante marketingervaring, waarvan minstens 3 jaar binnen dezelfde organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SEO, SEA, social media advertising en marketing automation.
  • Je werkt vlot met tools zoals InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom en Premiere Pro.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en haalt voldoening uit het succesvol realiseren van evenementen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, plant je werkzaamheden efficiënt en voelt je comfortabel met veel autonomie.
  • Je bent communicatief, authentiek en brengt positieve energie in een team.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om, wanneer nodig, ook buiten de reguliere kantooruren aanwezig te zijn tijdens evenementen.

Pluspunten

  • Kennis van AI-toepassingen binnen marketing.
  • Ervaring met fotografie en/of dronefotografie.
