Bruggen, viaducten, tunnels, damwanden, duikers…. ze staan of liggen er meestal onopgemerkt bij. Maar intussen dragen ze dag in, dag uit duizenden tonnen trein. Als er onderhoud of renovatie nodig is, moet dat natuurlijk gebeuren zonder dat het treinverkeer er al teveel last van heeft. Daar kom jij om de hoek kijken. Bij SVO-rail zoeken we een Uitvoeringsbegeleider Kunstwerken . Iemand die weet dat een mooie tekening één ding is, maar dat je buiten toch echt moet zorgen dat het allemaal wordt gebouwd of onderhouden zoals bedacht. Jij bent de schakel tussen papier en praktijk. Je begeleidt onderhoud, renovatie en nieuwbouw aan kunstwerken langs het spoor: van bruggen en viaducten tot tunnels, geluidsschermen en alles wat daar zoal tussenin zit. Je houdt de planning in de gaten, bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget en stemt af met aannemers, ProRail en andere betrokken partijen. Kortom: jij zorgt dat wat op papier stond, buiten ook daadwerkelijk gebeurt. Stevig, veilig, en vooral ook op tijd. Wie ben jij? . Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in civiele techniek, bouwkunde of iets vergelijkbaars. Je hebt ervaring met de uitvoering van kunstwerken en bij voorkeur ook met de spoorsector. Je weet de weg in ProRail-regelgeving en VCA. Je kunt een bestek en een tekening lezen en je blijft rustig als de planning begint te schuiven, de aannemer nét iets minder snel gaat dan afgesproken en je wekker om 02.30 uur besluit dat het alweer ochtend is, omdat buitendienststellingen nu eenmaal vaak midden in de nacht plaatsvinden.
