Als uitvoeringsbegeleider kunstwerken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van onderhoud, renovatie en nieuwbouw van diverse kunstwerken langs het spoor, zoals bruggen, viaducten, tunnels, geluidsschermen en damwanden. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, binnen het gestelde budget en met de juiste kwaliteit en veiligheid worden gerealiseerd. Je stemt af met aannemers en andere betrokken partijen en bewaakt het gehele proces van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je werkt regelmatig op locatie, ook tijdens nachtelijke buitendienststellingen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Praktisch ingesteld en communicatief vaardig - Stressbestendig en flexibel bij veranderende planningen - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Technische opleiding op het gebied van civiele techniek, bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Aantoonbare ervaring met de uitvoering van kunstwerken - Bekend met VCA en het lezen van bestekken en tekeningen - Kennis van regelgeving binnen de spoorsector is een pre Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei - Werken in een team dat kwaliteit en veiligheid vooropstelt - Werken aan uitdagende projecten binnen de spoorinfrastructuur - Vast dienstverband met uitzicht op overname door opdrachtgever - Goede balans tussen werk en privé Bedrijfsprofiel .
