In ons kantoor in Antwerpen breiden wij het team uit met een uitzendconsulent. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. Bij ons geen strikte targets, wél duidelijke doelstellingen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Jouw rol als uitzendconsulent

  • Je start de dag samen met je team tijdens een ochtendmeeting, waarin we de prioriteiten bepalen en de planning voor de dag afstemmen.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar talent via verschillende jobsites en onze uitgebreide database.
  • Je screent kandidaten telefonisch en nodigt sterke profielen uit voor een gesprek.
  • Zie jij een match? Dan stel je de kandidaat overtuigend voor aan de klant.
  • Je verwerkt nieuwe vacatures en schrijft aantrekkelijke, commerciële vacatureteksten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van contracten en tewerkstellingen.

Dit alles wordt aangeleerd door je collega's die je vanaf dag één zullen begeleiden.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen de uitzend- of HR-sector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sociaal contact geeft je energie en telefoneren voelt voor jou volkomen natuurlijk aan.
  • Je hebt een sterke drive, neemt initiatief en staat open om continu bij te leren.
  • Bovenal ben je gemotiveerd om nieuwe zaken aan te leren en te groeien met je team in een rol als consulent.
