Als Large Account Uitzendconsulent bij PROMAN Jobs Berchem ben jij de matchmaker die onze grote klanten draaiende houdt. Jij spot talent, bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat klanten op ons kunnen rekenen.

Je komt terecht bij een stabiele speler met 40 jaar ervaring in de uitzendsector, 47 kantoren en meer dan 400 collega’s in België. Groot genoeg om impact te maken, klein genoeg om elkaar echt te kennen.

Wij bieden

  • Onmiddellijk vast contract bij start.
  • 38-uren werkweek (maandag t.e.m. vrijdag): 32 vrije dagen (20 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV), 3 dagen extra anciënniteitsverlof binnen 6 jaar.
  • Een loon tussen €2480 en €3200 bruto / maand (afhankelijk van ervaring)
  • Netto onkostenvergoeding van €30 - €80/ maand afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Maaltijdcheques twv €7.74 / gewerkte dag
  • Een kwartaal bonussysteem (CAO 90) op team resultaten
  • Laptop voor professioneel gebruik.
  • Vergoeding woon-werkverkeer indien geen bedrijfswagen
  • Bedrijfswagen laadpas (vanaf Senior)
  • Hospitalisatieverzekering (mogelijkheid om je gezinsleden aan een voordelig tarief aan te sluiten).
  • Groepsverzekering – pensioenopbouw, gewaarborgd inkomen en overlijden.
  • Benefit Motivation plan waarbij je deels je eindejaarspremie voordelig kan inzetten voor o.a. fietsleasing, multimedia, extra verzekeringen, pensioensparen vanaf je 6 maand in dienst bent.
  • Een sterke start, we zorgen voor een uitgebreide onboarding in je eerste week zodat je meteen goed van start kan gaan. Tijdens je eerste 3 maanden voorzien we daarnaast regelmatige opleidingsmomenten en opvolging om je skills verder te versterken en je groei te ondersteunen.
  • En last but not least! Samen met je collega’s zorgen we graag voor fijne momenten: van een Reload tot gezellige office vibes waar we successen vieren. En tussendoor? Denk aan leuke attenties op speciale momenten doorheen het jaar.

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en een eerste werkervaring Large Account op zak. Sectorervaring is een plus, maar zeker geen vereiste. Veel belangrijker is je goesting om ervoor te gaan en je doe-mentaliteit.
  • Je bent commercieel, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een bruggenbouwer tussen kandidaten, vacatures en klanten.
  • Je hebt mensenkennis en maakt daardoor snel de juiste match.
  • Je schakelt snel en blijft rustig en professioneel, ook wanneer het even druk of uitdagend wordt.
  • Je bent gedreven en resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van je doelen.
  • Je krijgt energie van actie, vooruitgang en succes.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
