Je hebt minimaal één jaar praktische SEO-ervaring. Je kunt zelfstandig zoekwoordonderzoek uitvoeren, herkent SEO-kansen en bent bekend met Google Search Console en Google Analytics. Je begrijpt de basis van technische SEO en on-page SEO. Ervaring met Google Ads en Meta Ads is niet vereist; dit leer je bij ons.

Heb jij je eerste meters in SEO gemaakt en wil je nu verder groeien? Bij Ultimads krijg je de ruimte om je te verdiepen in technische SEO, klantadvies en data en kennis te maken met Google Ads en Meta Ads. Voor ons team in Leusden zoeken we een Junior SEO Specialist / Online Marketeer voor 24 uur per week.

Ultimads is een groeiend online marketingbureau met christelijke waarden. We zijn een klein team van jonge, ambitieuze marketeers en werken veel voor goede doelen en maatschappelijke organisaties. We helpen hen beter zichtbaar te worden, meer mensen te bereiken en hun fondsenwerving te versterken. Daarbij kijken we naar meetbare resultaten: wat levert ons werk de klant daadwerkelijk op?

Ongeveer 70 procent van je tijd besteed je aan SEO. Je doet zoekwoordonderzoek, ontdekt groeikansen en verbetert content en websites. Je verdiept je in technische vraagstukken rond indexatie, crawling, redirects en websitestructuur. Met Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 en andere tools volg je rankings, verkeer en conversies. Je leert deze inzichten te vertalen naar heldere adviezen en bespreekt met klanten hoe zij verder kunnen groeien.

De overige 30 procent gebruik je om je te ontwikkelen in advertising en analytics. Je ondersteunt Google Ads- en Meta Ads-campagnes en pakt daarin steeds meer zelfstandig op. Je hoeft dus nog geen allround online marketeer te zijn: met een goede SEO-basis, een analytische blik en de wil om te leren kun je bij ons verder bouwen.

De uitdaging zit in de afwisseling: iedere klant heeft andere doelen en iedere website vraagt om een eigen aanpak. Je krijgt snel verantwoordelijkheid, met ervaren collega's om op terug te vallen. Zo bouw je aan je vakkennis en draag je bij aan het werk van organisaties met een maatschappelijke missie.
