Votre mission :

En tant que chargé·e de mission, vous êtes en charge de la mise en œuvre de deux projets : « Joie et lien par le vélo » et « Sensibilisation territoriale à la transition écologique ».

Le projet « Joie et lien par le vélo » est mis en place en partenariat avec l’ASBL Cheveux au vent et comprend les grandes actions suivantes :

  • Le projet vise le renforcement de cohésion sociale et les liens humains via le développement de l’activité de sorties sur des vélos adaptés partagés entre personnes valides et des personnes fragilisées.
  • Promotion du projet, développement du réseau, création de traces et balisage, organisation de sorties.

Le projet « Sensibilisation territoriale à la transition écologique » comprend les grandes actions suivantes :

  • Les apéros de la transition – des groupes d’ami·es se réunissent pour parler transition écologique. Promotion du projet, constitution des groupes, suivi des animateur·rices et de la construction des animations.
  • A l’école à vélo – constitution et animation d’un groupe de jeunes qui se réunira sur le thème de la mobilité en partenariat avec des écoles secondaires du territoire.
  • Maillage des associations – mobilisation des associations du territoire lors de rencontres conviviales afin de créer des synergies.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Poursuivre la mise en œuvre des projets ;
  • Coordination des partenaires ;
  • Gestion administrative liée au projet : budget, marchés publics, rapports auprès de la Région wallonne et des instances du GAL Arelerland, suivi d’indicateurs de résultats et de réalisation…

Compétences spécifiques au poste :

  • Compétences en animation et intelligence collective ;
  • Compétences sociales pour la médiation, la mise en relation de personnes ;
  • Capacité à gérer différents projets de différentes natures en même temps ;
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’inclusion sociale, le vélo et le développement durable ;
  • Compétences en communication (création de supports et de contenus).

Compétences générales :

  • Maîtrise du français, parlé et écrit, avec de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
  • Esprit d’équipe, capacités relationnelles et de communication, tant en interne (collègues, OA, AG) qu’en externe ;
  • Autonomie, fort esprit d’initiative ;
  • Polyvalence, rigueur, capacités organisationnelles ;
  • Permis de conduire B et véhicule ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du territoire de l’Arelerland est un atout ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de bureautique classiques.

Expérience appréciée (non obligatoire) :

  • Une expérience dans un contexte de gestion multi-projets ;
  • Une expérience au sein d’une structure publique ou para-publique.

Formation requise :

Bachelier ou master.
