Votre fonction et vos responsabilités Sous la responsabilité de la Direction et du responsable administratif, logistique et financier, et en bonne relation avec les autres membres de l'équipe et des personnes accompagnées, nous recherchons une personne polyvalente pour assurer les travaux d'entretien et de réparation, le nettoyage et la bonne tenue du bâtiment ainsi que pour des interventions en logement. A ce titre, vous êtes chargé(e) plus particulièrement de : A LA MAISON D'ACCUEIL 1) Nettoyage des lieux communs 2) Entretien et réparations ¿ Assurer l'entretien et le bon fonctionnement du bâtiment (notions de serrurerie, plomberie, plafonnage, électricité, menuiserie...) ¿ Assurer la mise en ordre des chambres entre deux occupations : rafraichissement (peinture), vérification plomberie (évier), sommiers, armoires... ¿ Vérifier régulièrement et réparer si besoin les évacuations des douches et baignoires, des chasses de WC et des éviers de la cuisine et les installations lumineuses ¿ Prendre l'initiative d'une intervention de maintenance courante à titre préventif ou curatif dans la limite de vos capacités techniques. 3) Post hébergement : Participer à l'installation des résidents dans leur nouveau logement 4) Vérification de l'outillage : Savoir détecter un dysfonctionnement et/ou une panne 5) Entretien et rangement du petit/gros matériel A DOMINO 1) Nettoyage des bureaux 2) Aide à l'installation et accompagnement technique des personnes en guidance dans leur logement : Aider les personnes pour leur emménagement, branchement des appareils, assurer des petites réparations...

Nous vous demandons : ¿ D'être titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire inférieur ou professionnel supérieur. ¿ D'être sérieux (se), motivé (e), dynamique et rigoureux (se). ¿ D'avoir la capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe ¿ D'avoir la capacité d'organisation et de gestion de son temps de travail, esprit d'initiative et ponctualité ¿ D'être ouvert aux problèmes des personnes accompagnées par l'ASBL ¿ D'avoir le sens des responsabilités, du service, de la confidentialité et de la communication ¿ De préférence, être en possession du Permis B
