The posting

En tant que Commercial Junior, vous contribuez au développement et à la fidélisation d'un portefeuille de clients industriels en Belgique et à l'international.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients existants ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités auprès de clients et de prospects ciblés ;
  • Comprendre les besoins techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment les services d'études, de production et de qualité ;
  • Préparer les offres commerciales et les devis en français, en allemand et en anglais ;
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales et suivre les commandes jusqu'à leur livraison ;
  • Participer à des rendez-vous clients et à des salons professionnels en Belgique et à l'étranger.

Deux types de profils peuvent convenir :

  • Un jeune diplômé ou candidat junior titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master en commerce, marketing, gestion, commerce extérieur ou dans un domaine équivalent ;
  • Un profil issu d'une formation technique, disposant de bonnes aptitudes en communication et souhaitant évoluer vers une fonction commerciale.

Vous possédez un bon niveau professionnel en français, en allemand et en anglais. Une maîtrise parfaite ou native des trois langues n'est pas exigée : les compétences linguistiques acquises pendant les études peuvent convenir si elles permettent de communiquer efficacement dans un contexte professionnel.

Vous vous intéressez à l'industrie, à la mécanique de précision, à l'aéronautique, à la défense ou au domaine des armes. Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux, autonome et orienté vers la relation client.

Une première expérience commerciale constitue un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
