Je combineert strategisch denkvermogen met een scherp gevoel voor delivery, en je weet hoe je een team van zeven professionals laat groeien in dat vermogen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor alles wat de unit raakt: de propositie, de mensen, de kwaliteit en de groei. Nauw samenwerkend met de CEO en het MT om de juiste impact te maken.
