Je voelt meteen hoe de sfeer is, waar energie zit en waar extra aandacht nodig is. Je kijkt naar de planning, prioriteiten en openstaande meldingen. Vervolgens ga je in gesprek met collega's van planning, verhuurdesk of huismeesters. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en waarom. Gedurende de dag stuur je bij waar nodig. Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen en pakt dit direct op. Een knelpunt in de doorlooptijd? Jij duikt erin. Een collega die vastloopt? Jij helpt, coacht en motiveert. Jij bent niet alleen manager, maar vooral ook aanjager van ontwikkeling. Je werkt continu aan verbetering van de dienstverlening. Dat betekent dat je meedenkt over werkinstructies, processen aanscherpt en actief bijdraagt aan projecten binnen de afdeling Vastgoed. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de servicedesk niet alleen goed draait, maar steeds beter wordt. Tegelijkertijd ben jij de persoon die mensen in hun kracht zet. Je bouwt aan een team dat elkaar vertrouwt, samenwerkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je creëert een omgeving waarin collega's met plezier werken en trots zijn op wat ze doen: bijdragen aan een goed functionerende gemeente voor duizenden inwoners. Je beweegt je makkelijk in een dynamische omgeving. Veranderingen zie jij niet als obstakel, maar als kans.
