Bei einer Anstellung als Universitätsassistent*in mit Doktorat/Ph.D. ist die Stelle auf 5 Jahre befristet bis zum 30.09.2031.

Ihre Aufgaben * Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Institutes für Wirtschaftsinformatik-Software Engineering

* Betreuung und Ausbau des Forschungsgebietes Software Engineering

* Eigenständige Planung und Bearbeitung von Forschungsaufgaben und Experimenten des Instituts sowie daraus abgeleitete Publikationstätigkeiten im Bereich Software Engineering

* Übernahme von Lehre, Ausbau der Lehrveranstaltungen (insbesondere Adaptierung im Bereich Generative AI), Übungen, Proseminare, Praktika im Bereich Software Engineering / Service Engineering, Mitbetreuung von Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik

* Mitarbeit an interdisziplinären, internationalen Kooperationsprojekten

* Übernahme von organisatorischen Tätigkeiten (z. B. Sicherheitsvertrauensperson) und Verwaltungsaufgaben des Instituts (z. B. Kommissionen)

* Anbahnung / Durchführung / Übernahme von Industrieprojekten

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossenes Doktorat/Ph.D.-Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik bzw. einem verwandten Gebiet

* Ausgewiesene Publikationsleistung im Bereich Software Engineering

* Ausgezeichnete Programmierkenntnisse in Java, Python, JavaScript, ...

* Vertrautheit mit dem Ausbau eines Fachgebietes Software Engineering

* Erfahrung in der Abhaltung von Lehrveranstaltungen

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B2)

* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveaustufe C1) für die Abhaltung der Lehrveranstaltungen in deutscher Sprache

* Starke Motivation zur kooperativen Forschung

* Fähigkeit selbständig zu arbeiten, kritisch zu denken und zur Entwicklung neuer Methoden beizutragen

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, soziale Kompetenz und persönliches Engagement

* Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wissenschaftlicher Integrität

Unser Angebot * Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) beträgt das monatliche Mindestgehalt € 5.014,30 brutto (14 x pro Jahr, KV-Einstufung B1)
