Open Universiteit Nederland Heerlen Open Universiteit Nederland - Heerlen - 38 uur - WO - € 6.764,- tot € 8.992,- Universitair Hoofddocent Informatiekunde/Technische Bedrijfskunde in Heerlen Functie-eisen Wat vragen wij? - Je bent gepromoveerd in de Informatiekunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde of een verwant vakgebied, met een specialisatie die aansluit bij één of meer onderzoeksthema's van de vakgroep, zoals digitale transformatie en digitale innovatie of het ontwerp, de architectuur en governance van informatiesystemen. - Je beschikt over uitstekende onderzoekskwaliteiten op het terrein van Informatiekunde, blijkend uit relevante wetenschappelijke publicaties op één of meer van de onderzoeksthema's van de vakgroep - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het verwerven van fondsen voor onderzoek en het organiseren en verzorgen van contractonderwijs - Je hebt ruime ervaring in het geven van (wetenschappelijk) onderwijs. Ervaring met afstandsonderwijs en online onderwijs is een pre. - Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Je bent resultaatgericht, hebt een proactieve instelling en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je bent gemotiveerd, enthousiast en daadkrachtig. - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. - Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van studenten, promovendi en/of junior collega's. - Je bent nu al actief als Universitair Hoofddocent; senior universitair docenten met aantoonbaar afgeronde co-promotorschappen en ervaring met het acquireren van externe projecten kunnen ook solliciteren, waarbij gebleken geschiktheid een ontwikkeltraject richting het UHD schap zal worden vastgesteld. - Je bent in het bezit van het certificaat 'Basiskwalificatie Onderwijs (BKO)', of bent bereid deze te behalen. - Heb je relevante werkervaring in het bedrijfsleven?
