The position is permanent and preferably based in Heerenveen, Netherlands. You need to be open to travelling up to 20% of your time. No relocation service will be provided for this position. What You Will Do As a Sales Support Specialist you will manage upgrade inquiries from understanding customer needs to selling the solution in close cooperation with the Market organisations. You will ensure our customers are satisfied and take action when needed to make things right.
