Oboznámenie sa s denným rozvrhom pridelených izieb • Čistenie pridelených hotelových izieb pri maximálnej efektívnosti a dodržiavaní predpísaných štandardov hotela • Zabezpečovanie čistoty vo wellness priestoroch • Upratovanie spoločných priestorov hotela • Vykonávanie bežných upratovacích prác • Starostlivosť o zverené pracovné pomôcky a prostriedky • Dodržiavanie predpísaného používania chemických čistiacich prostriedkov na čistenie, používať ich podľa návodov správne a šetrne • Dodržiavanie hygieny a bezpečnosti práce na pracovisku • Používať všetky zariadenia a pracovné prostriedky určené na upratovanie podľa inštrukcií, dbať o ich technický stav a čistotu • Dodržiavanie postupnosti prác pri čistení izieb podľa pokynov nadriadených a podľa štandardizovaných pracovných postupov • Včas prebrať hosťovské prádlo so správnym označením čísla izby, mena hosťa a počtu prádla na pranie a čistenie • Ihneď odovzdať a evidovať nálezy z hosťovských izieb podľa interného predpisu • Náležite zaobchádzať s posteľnou bielizňou a uterákmi, silne znečistenú a poškodenú bielizeň oddeľovať a nikdy nečistiť posteľnou bielizňou a uterákmi • Zodpovedne a priebežne udržiavať poriadok a čistotu v skladoch, na chodbách, na pracovnom vozíku • Hlásiť technické nedostatky, poškodenie zariadenia a pod. • Denne čistiť prípadne vymieňať poháre a šálky • Vynášať podnosy z Room Servisu na stanovené miesto • Dodržiavať všetky príkazy nadriadeného • Pri kontakte s hotelovým hosťom oslovovať ho menom (podľa zoznamu izieb), aktívne zdraviť hosťa, usmievať sa, dodržiavať očný kontakt pri konverzácii a odpovedať priateľským tónom • V prípade sťažnosti hotelového hosťa spolupracovať s nadriadeným • Po ukončení smeny dbať na odpratanie použitej posteľnej bielizne a uterákov, smetí a pracovného vozíka a ostatných pomôcok na stanovené miesto • Dodatočné povinnosti a úlohy môžu byť pridelené podľa požiadaviek prevádzky hotela a aktuálnej situácie.
