  • Een nieuwe wind: Jij staat mee aan de wieg van een herboren spoed. We bouwen een sterk team, gedragen door een vernieuwde visie, gedragen door mensen die willen samenwerken, opleiden, en vooruitgaan.
  • Veelzijdigheid troef: Je behandelt een uniek patiëntenprofiel met veel traumazorg, verslavingsproblematiek en psychiatrie.
  • sterke omkadering: zoals 38 fte ondersteunende staff, inclusief sociaal bemiddelaars & bewakingsdienst, een diensthoofd die tevens stagemeester is en dus assistenten en stagiairs op de werkvloer heeft én een MUG in compact werkgebied (veel interventies, veel afwisseling)
  • Echte samenwerking: De banden met andere ziekenhuisdiensten worden hertekend zodat je als urgentist backup krijgt wanneer het telt. Geen nachtelijke solo-act meer.

Jij past bij deze vacature als je:

  • Urgentist bent (of arts met bijzondere bekwaamheid in urgentiegeneeskunde)
  • Graag werkt in een polyvalente context met impact en zingeving
  • Het verschil wil maken – niet enkel klinisch, maar ook in cultuur en visie
  • Bereid bent om je vast te engageren in een team waar vertrouwen en verbondenheid centraal staan
  • Traumaervaring hebt of wil opbouwen (grote plus)
  • Meertalig bent (NL, FR of bereid aan te leren
