Wat ga je doen als Used Car Sales Manager bij BMW?

Als Used Car Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coaching en commerciële resultaten van het Used Car Sales team. Je combineert een sterke people managementrol met een actieve commerciële verantwoordelijkheid en draagt mee bij aan de verdere groei van de afdeling.

  • Je stuurt, begeleidt en coacht het Used Car Sales team en volgt doelstellingen, prestaties en afspraken op.
  • Je begeleidt je medewerkers in de systemen en veranderingsprocessen en zorgt voor een duidelijke informatiedoorstroming.
  • Je behandelt verlofaanvragen, beheert de aanwezigheidsquota en voert ontwikkelingsgesprekken.
  • Samen met HR volg je het opleidingsprogramma van je afdeling op.
  • Je analyseert de lopende zaken in Salesforce, bespreekt de voortgang met het team en zet waar nodig acties uit.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid, medewerkerstevredenheid en resultaten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit van Used Cars en rapporteert hierover maandelijks aan de OD. Je licht de resultaten toe en vertaalt deze naar gerichte acties.
  • Je verkoopt BMW Premium Selection, MINI Used Car Next en occasiewagens, inclusief opties, accessoires en bijhorende financiële producten.
  • Adviseren van klanten op basis van je kennis van ons aanbod en je begeleidt hen van eerste contact tot aflevering.
  • Je bouwt actief aan je klantenportefeuille via prospectie en netwerking.
  • Je begeleidt testritten en weet klanten professioneel en overtuigend te adviseren.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en opvolging van de verkoopdossiers.

Een sterke People Manager die mensen weet te motiveren, te coachen en mee te nemen in doelstellingen en veranderingen. Commercieel en resultaatgericht, met het vermogen om opportuniteiten te vertalen naar concrete resultaten. Een analytische ingesteldheid en goede financiële kennis zorgen voor een sterke focus op rendabiliteit en oplossingen.

Leidinggevende ervaring binnen een commerciële omgeving, bij voorkeur in de automobielsector, is een troef. Affiniteit met wagens en klanten is vanzelfsprekend. Dankzij een communicatieve en empathische aanpak worden zowel klanten als collega's op een professionele en betrokken manier benaderd. Een gestructureerde werkwijze, sterke opvolging en een vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en bij voorkeur in het Frans maken het profiel compleet.
