Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Red Bull Media House Wals suchen wir eine_n 1 User Experience Assurance (UXA) Operator (w/m) Standort: Salzburg (Österreich)

Anstellung: Teilzeit 32h/ Woche

Einstieg: Ab sofort möglich

Bei PPS Public Project Services arbeitest du im Herzen des Live-Broadcasting-Betriebes von ServusTV / Red Bull Media House. Ob tagesaktuelle Nachrichten, Talkshows, Formel 1, UEFA Europa & Conference League und oder andere Top-Events wie Tennis, MotoGP oder Red Bull TV Produktionen: Im UXA-Team bist du als Operator_in direkt für die reibungslose Abwicklung des gesamten TV-Programms hautnah dabei.

Was dich erwartet:

* Im UXA-Team bist du für die Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und operative Betreuung von Live-Events auf unseren Streaming-Plattformen verantwortlich und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

* Du überwachst Plattformen und Streams laufend anhand technischer Kennzahlen und Qualitätsdaten und stellst eine hohe Stabilität und Übertragungsqualität sicher.

* Du erkennst, bewertest und dokumentierst Störungen und servicekritische Probleme und leitest bei Bedarf entspre-chende Eskalationsmaßnahmen ein.

* Du führst Qualitäts-, Funktions- und Systemchecks durch und stellst damit die zuverlässige Funktionalität und hohe Servicequalität unserer Plattformen sicher.

* Du arbeitest nach definierten Prozessen und Standards und bringst dich aktiv in deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung ein.

Das bringst du mit:

* Technik begeistert dich - du probierst gerne Neues aus und scheust dich nicht vor komplexen Systemen.

* Du liebst es am PC zu arbeiten, fernzusehen und genießt es, vor vielen Bildschirmen zu sitzen.

* Auch wenn es mal stressig wird, bleibst du ruhig, konzentriert und lösungsorientiert.

* Wochenendarbeit und Schichtarbeit empfindest du nicht als Last, sondern als Chance, bei großen Live-Events direkt involviert zu sein.

* Eine Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch stellt für dich kein Problem dar.

* Du bist interessiert an neuen Herausforderungen und auch als Quereinsteiger_in bereit für den Sprung in die TV-Welt.
