The posting

Als Utilities Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van alle nutsinstallaties binnen de productieomgeving. Je staat in voor de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de technische infrastructuur en zorgt ervoor dat de productie continu ondersteund wordt.

Je geeft leiding aan een team van ingenieurs, teamleads en techniekers en combineert people management, technisch leiderschap en projectmanagement. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het Utilities-team.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van alle nutsinstallaties.
  • Bewaken van de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van technische installaties.
  • Leiden van technische projecten en investeringen binnen Utilities.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen rond energie-efficiëntie, kostenbeheersing en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's, budgetten en onderhoudsplannen.
  • Samenwerken met productie, maintenance, engineering en externe partners.
  • Rapporteren aan de Technical Director over prestaties, projecten en optimalisatie-initiatieven.

  • HVAC-installaties
  • Elektrische infrastructuur (MV/LV)
  • Transformatoren en onderstations
  • Energie- en nutsvoorzieningen
  • Industriële ondersteunende installaties
  • Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Bachelor met uitgebreide relevante ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Minimaal 7 à 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van utilities-installaties, technische infrastructuur en energievoorzieningen.
  • Kennis van HVAC is een absolute vereiste.
  • Sterke kennis van: midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties (MV/LV) transformatoren onderstations schakelinstallaties industriële energievoorzieningen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van technische teams.
  • Kennis van preventief onderhoud, reliability en asset management.
  • Ervaring met SAP en onderhoudsbeheersystemen.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer en technische aankoopprocessen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat prioriteiten te stellen binnen een 24/7 productieomgeving.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Hands-on, besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en veiligheidsbewust.
